Our 4th Annual LICK OR TREAT HAS AWAKENED.
Once a year, when October creeps across Great Falls and the nights grow a little longer, something strange begins stirring at Five Beans Pet Care...
The trunks open. The treat bags appear. And the toe beans come out after dark. π»πΎ
What started with a few decorated vehicles and goodie bags has escaped containment and become one of our favorite annual traditions.
Now in its FOURTH YEAR, Lick or Treat is Five Beans Pet Care's free community pet-friendly trunk-or-treat — an afternoon where Great Falls' furry little monsters, tiny humans, and the people responsible for both descend upon a parking lot filled with decorated trunks, local organizations, treats, costumes, and spooky-season shenanigans.

A frighteningly large thank-you goes to our friends at Montana Academy of Salons, who stepped up and offered us their parking lot to haunt this year.
Because without a parking lot... there are no trunks to treat from. π
Pets are welcome, but never required. Costumes aren't required either,although if your little creature enjoys getting dressed up, we desperately want to see the evidence. And yes... the virtual costume contest lives on.
But know your monster.
Lick or Treat is full of strange humans, unfamiliar animals, noises, smells, tiny treat-seeking goblins, and general Halloween chaos. If your pet is reactive, fearful, ill, easily overwhelmed, or would simply prefer to spend October 25 lurking ominously from the couch... let them haunt from home.
Come without them. Gather their loot. Return to your creature before they notice you've been gone.

WHO'S LURKING IN THE PARKING LOT?
We aren't haunting this place alone.
Every year, some of our favorite local businesses, nonprofits, animal organizations, rescues, and community partners emerge from the shadows to open their trunks and join the madness.
They decorate. They bring treats. They bring goodies. They bring games, information, surprises, and occasionally ideas that make us question whether we've accidentally started an arms race for the most ridiculous trunk.
And we love them for it.

We're summoning local businesses, nonprofits, veterinary and animal-care organizations, rescues, and community groups to help us fill the parking lot for the 4th Annual Lick or Treat.
Claim a space. Bring a vehicle. Open your trunk.
Decorate your hatch, hand out pet goodies, bring treats for the tiny humans, share information about your organization, create a little activity, or dream up whatever pet-friendly Halloween nonsense your heart desires.
Trunk spaces are limited, and once they're gone, they're dead and buried. β°οΈ
