What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash, checks, Venmo, and card payments made directly through our software.

What time do you arrive for Overnight Stays and Pawjama Tuck-Ins?

Great question! For most services, we ask for a 2 hour arrival window unless the pet has a time-sensitive medical need that has been discussed with our team. This includes our Overnight and Pawjama Tuck-In Services. You can expect us to arrive between 7:30pm and 9:30pm. For the Pawjama Wake-Up Call, you can expect us back between 6am and 8am.

Do I have to use my punch cards and gift certificates by a certain date?

Nope! Our punch cards and gift certificates do not expire.

Are your services charged per pet?

Our visits are charged per household, our walks are charged per dog. There may be additional charges for pets with extra care needs, such as injectable medication or barn animals. There may also be additional charges for homes outside of Great Falls.
